Digital delivery only

All services from Lady May Designs are delivered digitally via email, shared Figma files and cloud document links. No physical goods are shipped.

Start timeline

Work begins within 5 business days of payment confirmation. An onboarding email is sent within 2 business days confirming the kickoff call date and required information.

Package timelines

• Debut Collection (14 days): Discovery call and brief review week 1. Design and revisions weeks 2. Final file delivery day 14.
• Signature Collection (28 days): Discovery weeks 1-2. Design weeks 2-3. Revisions weeks 3-4. Final files day 28.
• Premium Atelier (42 days): Discovery and brand strategy weeks 1-2. Design weeks 2-5. Revisions weeks 5-6. Final files day 42.

Deliverables

All packages include Figma source files, exported assets in required formats and a developer handoff document. Communication is available in English and Bulgarian.

We are not liable for delays caused by client delays in providing required information, feedback or approvals, or by events outside our reasonable control.
