By purchasing any service from Lady May Designs (ladymaydesigns.com), you agree to these Terms. These terms apply to all design packages, add-on services and consulting hours purchased through this website.
Lady May Designs provides digital design services including custom website design, brand identity design, UI/UX design, e-commerce design, landing page design and website redesign. All services are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.
All prices are in Bulgarian Lev (BGN). International clients may pay in EUR via Stripe at the current exchange rate. Payment is processed securely by Stripe Inc. We do not store credit card information.
Deliverables become your property upon full payment. This includes all Figma source files, exported assets and handoff documentation. Lady May Designs retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise.
Our internal design methodology, templates and processes remain our intellectual property. You receive ownership of the specific designs created for your project.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
