Lady May Designs provides digital design services. Our refund policy reflects the nature of creative project work and the time investment required from our team.
All design packages are refundable within 14 days of purchase if we have not yet commenced the discovery call or initial brief review. Once the discovery process has started, a partial refund may be offered based on the proportion of work not yet completed, at our discretion.
Add-on services are refundable within 7 days of purchase if the specific deliverable has not started. Once work has begun, add-ons are non-refundable.
Pre-purchased consulting hours unused within 90 days are refundable. Hours already used are non-refundable.
Email hello@ladymaydesigns.com with your order reference and reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned within 5 to 10 business days.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Bulgarian and EU consumer protection law.
