Do you work with clients outside Bulgaria?

Yes. Around 40% of our clients are based in Germany, Austria, the UK and other EU countries. All communication happens in English and deliverables work with any hosting provider.

What do I need to prepare before we start?

Not much. You need a rough idea of what the site needs to do, your brand colours and fonts if you have them, and any content you want to include. We guide you through everything else in the discovery call.

How long does a typical project take?

The Debut package is typically 14 days from kickoff to final files. Signature takes 28 days and Premium Atelier is 42 days. Timelines depend on how quickly you can review and approve work.

What does the discovery call look like?

It is a 60-90 minute video call. We ask questions about your business, your audience, your competitors and what success looks like for you. We use your answers to build the written project brief.

Why are your prices in BGN?

We are a Bulgarian studio and BGN is our operating currency. International clients can pay in EUR through Stripe. The EUR equivalent is calculated at the current exchange rate at time of payment.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes for the Premium Atelier package only. We accept 50% at project start and 50% on final delivery. Debut and Signature packages are billed in full at purchase.

How many revisions do I get?

Debut includes 2 structured revision rounds. Signature includes unlimited revision rounds (within agreed scope). Premium Atelier also includes unlimited rounds plus a dedicated 24h response time for all feedback.

What counts as a revision request?

A revision is a written list of requested changes submitted via our shared feedback document. Multiple comments sent in one round count as one revision. We use structured feedback to avoid scope creep and ensure changes are tracked properly.
